About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Admin/Payroll Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an administrative environment and has experience handling payroll processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintaining employee records and timesheets
  • Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Assisting with compliance and payroll-related queries
  • Liaising with internal teams and external providers as needed
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in payroll and administration
