Workforce Information and Reporting Analyst

Report Development & Enhancement:

- Create, develop, and manage Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Discovery Boards.
- Refine and improve existing reports to enhance performance and usability.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and uniformity across reporting outputs.

Business Insights & Data Analysis:

- Partner with HR, Finance, and Digital and Technology departments to assess reporting requirements and convert business needs into actionable Workday reports.
- Deliver meaningful analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Detect patterns and irregularities within HR and payroll datasets.

Workday Setup & Integration Assistance:

- Support requests from Digital and Technology regarding integration requirements, particularly between reporting tools and Workday modules. Coordinate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of reporting tools with Workday modules.

Quality Assurance & Verification:

- Conduct thorough testing of new and updated reports to validate data correctness.
- Investigate and resolve reporting and data discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders.

User Training & Guidance:

- Develop training materials and provide instruction on Workday reporting tools for HR and business teams.
- Deliver continuous support to optimise report utilisation.

Data Governance & Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure all reporting adheres to organisational policies, legal standards, and other HR quality standards.
- Assist with audit requests and compliance-related reporting demands.
