**In this Head of Process Capability and Intelligence role, you will**
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the process capability and intelligence function across the organisation
- Conduct thorough process intelligence studies to generate insights to identify processes issues, rework, poor customer/colleague experiences and automation opportunities
- Define NAB process intelligence needs and procure best in breed process intelligence platform capabilities
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process intelligence initiatives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and buy-in
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of process intelligence initiatives

**What you’ll bring**
- Seasoned professional within banking and financial services
- Proven track record of leading successful process intelligence or tech system capability projects with a background in process intelligence, data analytics, lean process redesign and change delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Ability to solve complex enterprise problems and create pragmatic solutions
- Strong leadership skills and champion of our Who We Are behaviours
