The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for the management and further development of Business Intelligence in Australia. This responsibility includes ongoing management of Master Data & Depletions across our sales channels, and the management and future development of sales systems/tools.

Expand allMASTER DATA MANAGEMENT & DEPLETIONS

You will maintain and improve the data quality of Red Bull’s CRM using relevant Business Intelligence tools to deliver more accurate reporting. You will also work with Global HQ team on Master Data Management projects for AUS.BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE REPORTING

You will support the Sales Systems & Insights Analyst on the end-to-end Business Intelligence process of data model creation, data analysis and reporting using Business Intelligence tools. (ETL, Reporting, etc.) You will work with the Data Science team on new Data Science/Analytics projects in AustraliaOFF PREMISE FIELD SUPPORT

You will maintain iPad Applications used by Field being the first support function for resolving any errors/issues. You will develop and Roll out national training programs with the assistance of Head of Category & Head of Field as well as play key role in supporting Head of Field in the implementation of future Field Measurement systems.LEADERSHIP

Provide leadership through strategic direction, regular coaching and development of Sales Insights Analyst.
- EXPERIENCE
- ** Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Excellent experience with SAP as a user, minimum 3 years with responsibility for data integrity at the backend
- Previous exposure to CRM systems and data warehouses with the ability to learn new systems quickly and identify system issues
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite; Excel (advanced), VBA Scripting (advanced)
- Experience in ETL Tools such as Trifacta or Alteryx
- Experience building reports and coaching departments in Business Intelligence Reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics or similar commercial area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
