**Job Description**:
The Afterpay Retail Studio Team delivers visual merchandising and training programmes to our Afterpay in-store merchants and shopfronts to operationalize Afterpay on the shop-floor. The team works closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve our in-store adoption target.

Working with our Senior In-Store Operations Manager, ANZ & the In-Store Retail Studio Team to deliver the in-store strategic pillars, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to support the Retail Studio team as we grow and scale our in-store programme. You will report to the Senior In-Store Operations Manager based in Sydney, and this role can be based in our Sydney office through a hybrid of in-office and remote working.

You will:

- Own the end-to-end Vendor & Purchase Order Management for the Retail studio (Opex Management)
- Lead the Surprise & Delight Merchant Program by monitoring consumable usage to ensure adequate supply across ANZ
- Lead our Retail Studio's internal communication
- Administrative support across our Visual Merchandising / Onboarding programme & our merchant facing toolkit
- Provide support and manage the calendar of in-field activity across key trade moments: Afterpay Day, Holiday & Visual Merchandising refreshes
- Implement initiatives that support efficiency & operational excellence across the Retail studio team

**Qualifications**:
You have:

- Experience and knowledge of the retail industry in ANZ
- Availability to travel and visit our merchant's stores, as needed
- Strong communication skills (both spoken and written) and ability to create presentations for internal and external audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
