We’re seeking a dynamic individual to lead the management of successful customer and partner relationships at Western Power, through developing and implementing proactive relationship strategies, effective services and meaningful insights and relationship data.

**Your Role in Action**
- Drive the development and execution of Western Power’s managed customer and partner relationship strategies to enable healthy relationships.
- Manage the proactive engagement of managed customer and partners to support Western Power’s Corporate Strategy, meet business objectives and enhance reputation.
- Oversee planned and unplanned outage coordination and escalation for managed customers and partners.
- Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of commercial contracts within the account managed portfolio.
- Ensure collaborative and consultative working partnerships within the Function and across the business, to deliver on the position’s purpose.
- Manage the Customer & Partners Relationships team, building a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive team culture, developing talent and managing performance.
- Manage the Customer & Partners Relationships area’s budget, planning, processes, and reporting.
- Contribute to and support enterprise risk management, including meeting relevant legal and regulatory compliance obligations.

**What Makes You a Great Fit**

We are looking for an experienced professional with the following attributes:

- Tertiary qualification in a Commerce, Marketing, or a Business discipline
- Broad and deep knowledge within a Customer Service, Relationship or Account Management environment or related area
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer service strategies with specific knowledge of customer service principles and commercial practices.
- Strong business acumen, comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience in people management and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build collaborative working partnerships at all levels.
- Demonstrated commercial approach to deliver contract and commercial solutions that support business strategies.
