
Customer Relationship Managers

Geographe is growing fast as our production facility expands and automation reshapes how we work. We are looking for Customer Relationship Managers who are ready to be part of this momentum. Based in Perth, you'll join a high-performing, tight-knit team that partners with major mining clients to move beyond transactional sales and deliver insights, technical know-how, and relationship-building value.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and supported by an experienced team, you'll work with mine sites to develop engineered solutions that support critical maintenance strategies. You won't just be selling parts — you'll be building long-term trust and delivering measurable value.

What You'll Do- Use your experience in customer relationship management, ideally within industrial, agricultural or mining settings, to build lasting client partnerships.
- Lead sales efforts by securing long-term commitments and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Apply your understanding of mechanical and engineering principles, plus knowledge of manufacturing processes, to provide tailored client solutions.
- Identify and secure new revenue streams, then manage and grow those relationships over time.
- Promote Geographe's products, expand our presence in established markets, and pursue new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within key accounts, clearly communicating our value and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular on-site client meetings, approximately one week every four weeks.
- Negotiate term contracts that deliver long-term value for Geographe and the client.
- Develop and implement tailored client development strategies, and report on progress quarterly.
- Clear and confident communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- A C-class driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.
- A team player who's equally comfortable working independently.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to succeed.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or client engagement role.
- Comfortable presenting ideas or technical concepts to groups.
- B2B sales or relationship management experience is desirable.
- Any background in understanding fixed or mobile mining equipment will be a strong advantage.
- Candidates who understand mechanics and engineering or who have FIFO experience relating to heavy mobile equipment or fixed plant will be viewed favorably. This position may suit someone looking to move into a more family-friendly role.
