As a warehouse & staff manager, the employee is expected to be responsible for warehouse and staff related tasks. The employee holds responsibility of who and what comes in and out of the warehouse with the expectancy to uphold current standards. The employee will need to oversee and review other staff’s work to ensure the warehouse and events are run smoothly
In terms of warehouse management, the employee is expected to be responsible for the cleanliness and functionality of the warehouse. Tasks are in place to ensure that all events are well prepared for and that the warehouse is organised and clean. Tasks include (but not limited to) preparation of pizza ingredients, packing for events, cleaning dishes, salad preparation, ensuring vehicles are maintained, equipment is clean etc. As a manager, overseeing other staff members work and collaborating with colleagues is vital to ensure that events are carried out in the appropriate manner. Ultimately, all responsibility for the warehouse lies on the employee.
Within staff management, the employee is to take full responsibility on all staff related tasks. Tasks include (but not limited to) employing staff, rostering, training etc. The employee is to manage and communicate with all catering staff members, including any calls or correspondence outside of hours, six-monthly performance & pay reviews, organising staff nights, sending staff reviews from clients etc. The employee is always to take initiative and responsibility to ensure work is completed at its best capacity within appropriate times/time frames.
**Reports to**
The employee will report to one of the Directos on a regular basis. Targets & KPI’s will be recorded and used to determine the performance of the employee. Regular meetings will be scheduled to ensure work is being performed at a satisfactory level.

- Maintain professional and friendly relationships with clients and staff
- Schedule shifts
- Managing warehouse staff and event staff
- Maintaining company vehicles, trailers, equipment
- Assisting in kitchenwork
- Organising warehouse and staff so events run smoothly
- Continue to uphold the reputation of The Pizza Boys brand
- Completing other tasks that your supervisors give
**Requirements**:
The employee must be able to drive.
**Hours**: Full Time (38 Hours), Monday, Thursday-Sunday. Tuesday & Wednesday off.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
