**Job Description**:
Tran Group and Co is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join our

team at our Scarborough location. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our food

and beverage services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving the business forward.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Train, supervise, and motivate staff.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.

Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Solid understanding of food and beverage operations and inventory management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

Relevant qualifications in hospitality or management are preferred. Hospitality Diploma or 3

years work experience will substitute for formal qualification.

2-3 work experience as Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role.
