The Guildford Hotel prides itself on providing excellent customer service and are looking for a well presented and experienced Duty Manager with a hard-working can-do attitude. With a positive attitude you will be assisting in this fast-paced business to create the best possible customer experience for our loyal customers.

Lead by example and train our future hospo superstars.

**What do we need from you?**
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisor role at a comparable venue.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and pride in your work
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
- Extensive restaurant and bar service experience
- RSA & Approved Managers

**What will your job duties include?**
- Effective day to day communication with a multi-skilled team
- Booking and event management
- Succession planning for the Front-of-house team
- Implementation of staff training programs
- Effective labour control
- Troubleshooting and problem solving, including customer complaint resolution
- Basic financials, including cash up
