We are currently working with one of Australia’s largest dynamic delivery providers, who deliver chilled, frozen and ambient product to households, retail stores and warehouses Australia-wide.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on **National Routing Manager** to assist with the day-to-day management of this successful operation.

**Key Responsibilities / Skills**
- Daily management of the national routing team (Training, rostering, cross training with other departments)
- Continuous improvement alongside IT of routing engine and routing processes across the country
- Daily management of KPIs - Hitting Cost, quality and capacity targets - with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Continuous review and clean-up of delivery zones (Suburbs, postcodes, time slots)
- Data import process reviews with client to optimise efficiencies and move to API integration only
- Reports into National Logistics Manager
- Manages Routing Team
- Works closely with Logistics Supervisors
- Transport and/or fleet management experience would also be desirable
- Data affine - Excel, Tableau etc.
- Looking for someone with more or an analytical problem-solving optimisation mindset, someone who is constantly looking for continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
- Go Getter - inquisitive to get the most out of the available data to improve routing
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders, and get along and communicate with a diverse range of personalities and cultural differences.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet agreed deadlines.
- Able to pick up new concepts quickly.
- The ability to come up with creative solutions to get around any problem.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress.
- Self-motivated and uses initiative for process improvements.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year
