**Company**:
This multi-disciplinary business across Construction, Maintenance and Services is known for their work across Health, Rail, Emergency Services, Education, Local Government and Defense projects ranging from $100K - $6M.

This business offers 5 day work week, WFH options, flexibility and awesome social events.

**Role**:
You will be reporting to a Project Manager. Duties include, but not limited to:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to plan construction projects.
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these targets.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for the project.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and other project team members to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and investors.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project outcomes or timelines.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related records.
- Communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
- Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution among project team members as needed.

**Requirements**:
You will have:

- A tertiary education degree
- Exposure to typical Project Coordinator duties
- Genuine interest in Rail Projects
- A can-do attitude
- Interest in Fast track progression into PM

The role of Project Coordinator will best suit someone with 1-2 years experience in either a main contractor or maintenance builder.
