Clayton, Australia PPG Full time

As a** **Maintenance Planner**, you will be based in **Clayton, Victoria** while ensuring the preventative maintenance programs are up to date and work is completed in a safe manner, and that full compliance with PPG EHS requirements is met.

**Responsibilities**:

- To work with the Maintenance personnel in arranging servicing, adjusting, and carrying out repairs and maintenance to plant, machinery, and other equipment.
- Create routine maintenance schedules, and shutdown plans and monitor maintenance KPIs.
- Manage service providers and equipment on site.
- Ensure materials and tools are adequately stored and all tools and equipment are maintained in mechanically sound and clean conditions.
- Raising of POs for the maintenance department.
- Initiate and manage capital projects from conception to completion.
- Work together with the Engineering manager to ensure all EH&S requirements and compliance standards for engineering are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Mechanical engineering background, with 5+ years’ experience in process and manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in hazardous environments and a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements are advantageous.
- Develop working relationships with staff and contractors.
