We are looking for an organized and passionate social media coordinator to join the growing social team. In this role, you will work closely with the Influencer & Partnerships Manager to facilitate production of content through influencers & brand partners. You will support by working to supply products to influencers, come along to social & influencer shoots to support in content production, collate data for measurement of performance of organic social & influencer content and post content to social channels.

As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for posting all organic social content across Instagram, Tiktok & YouTube, ensuring all influencer orders are delivered and providing support to enhance performance of content from Influencers and partner brands.

We seek a creative and driven self starter, who’s eager to learn and develop their skills in social media & growth marketing. If you are passionate about influencers & social media, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of Koala’s next chapter.

**Requirements**:

- Post content across all organic social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest etc
- Work closely with influencer partners to arrange partnerships, content briefs, product delivery, content delivery & measurement of campaign performanceSupport in Brand partnership deliverables
- Support in organising and facilitating social content shoots, sometimes in partnership
- with influencers & partner brands

**Ideal background**
- This is an entry level position which requires team collaboration and an eagerness to learn.
- 1+ years of influencer and / or content creation experience at a high growth direct-to-consumer brand or early stage startup ideal but not essential
- Experience in creative analysis and optimisation ideal but not essential
- Experience in working in fast paced team environments, contributing to successful outcomes
- Keen eye for detail, with the ability to create briefs and communicate clearly with varying stakeholders.
- Fast paced worker, with the ability to pivot where required and prioritize effectively.
