**The Role**:
Our client, a leading performance wear retailer, is on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator who will take responsibility for the strategic execution of our clients organic social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

**Responsibilities/Requirements**
- Experience in managing social media channels in a similar capacity
- An understanding of the industry (activewear/performance etc) and relevant terminology
- Strong attention to detail, a self-motivated mentality and are proactive and resourceful
- Creative flair, enthusiastic about innovation, but respectful of brand guidelines and overarching brand strategy
- Community mangement/copywriting for social posts
- Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and optimise performance
- Stay up to date with industry trends and knowledge, ensuring the brand is always at the forefront and capitalising on relevant opportunities
- Manage product samples to create brand content and support product sales
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for social including scheduled posts with attractive messaging
- Propose marketing and promotion tactics to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions
