We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Logistics Sales Team. This role is essential in supporting the sales team’s progress, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with proposals, ensuring that the team can focus on core sales activities.

**2. Key Responsibilities**

Sales Process & Administrative Support

Monitor and track sales progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and performance tracking documents.

Handle customer inquiries and internal communication to facilitate smooth sales operations.

Proposal & Documentation Support

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Maintain and update sales-related documents, customer records, and pricing data.

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, customer service) to streamline proposal submissions.

Back-Office & Operational Coordination

Support the sales team with data entry, order processing, and CRM updates.

Ensure proper documentation, compliance checks, and contract renewals.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to support account management and post-sales activities.

Process Improvement & Reporting

Identify and implement efficiencies in administrative and support processes.

Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.

Assist in market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to the sales team.

**3. Requirements & Qualifications**

Essential Skills & Experience

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Experience in sales support, administration, or logistics-related roles preferred.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.

Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
