We currently have a vacancy in our Hotel Front Office Team for one casual Front Office Reception staff member. To be successful you will be someone with experience in Hotel Front Office Operations including but not limited to:

- Checking in and checking out guests
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Taking reservations
- Ensuring the safety of in-house guests and assisting with guest enquiries

**ABOUT YOU**
- Availability to work a mix of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office including excel, word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, approachable and immaculately presented.
- Be able to work autonomously with sound organisational and time management skills.
