Hotel Receptionist

About the role:

- The primary responsibility of this position is to performing hotel front office duties
- Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check-in and departure process
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel
- Take reservations and update online rates/inventory
- Assist in achieving Front Office goals such as up selling and guest satisfaction scores

About you:

- Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
- Experience with **roomMaster property management system** would be preferable
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude, a good eye for detail.
- Energised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster and flexibility to weekdays and weekends.
- Excellent organisational, time-management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

.Australian residents are preferred but not necessary.
