Situated in the majestic Blue Mountains at Katoomba our 43 room Mountain Heritage Hotel offers a break from the daily hustle and bustle of the big smoke. With unrivalled views across the Jamison Valley we have become the destination venue in the area. As part of the ICC Group we have an opportunity to grow your career in hospitality and be part of something special.
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and service-oriented leader to join our overnight Front Office team. As an experienced **Night Manager**, you will be responsible for keeping our guests and building well-looked after as well as rolling our financial system from the day. Working 10:00pm - 8:00am you will:
- Responding to guests requests
- Providing room service deliveries
- Assisting with reservation enquiries
- Checking guests in and out while providing assistance with baggage and orientation of the hotel.
- Ensuring property security with routine walks
- Basic cleaning and general tidying of lounge areas
- Set up restaurant for morning service.
**Who are you?**
- You are passionate about the hospitality industry with an enthusiasm for working with people from all walks of life
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliability & flexibility to work various shifts including overnights, weekends and public holidays
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- PC literate with knowledge of booking systems
