**About the Company**:

**About the Position**:
This role is primarily responsible for assisting with the mobilisation of small compliant project teams to a variety of different client sites, training coordination and general project admin.
**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
- Mobilise staff and contractors to various sites for project campaigns.
- Manage rosters and organise manning lists and levels.
- Create and review the manning schedule with project team and revise / action as required.
- Liaise with casual contractors to secure suitable manning.
- Ensure all site-specific requirements are met prior to someone mobilising to site, eg. medicals, correct and valid licences, PPE requirements etc.
- Book and co-ordinate all travel requirements through our booking platform (or through our Client’s) for travel within Australia and internationally.
- Ensure all documents, licenses, qualifications etc are complete and up to date or request / book training that is required or needs updating.
- Arrange management travel for site visits and business development.
- Enter Perth and Site timesheets.
- Create purchase orders and assist with invoices.
- Assist with various daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Organise meetings and send calendar invites.
Applicants who meet the following criteria are strongly encouraged to apply:
- 5 year minimum experience working in the Resource and / or Energy Industry in an admin / mobilisation role
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise
- A high attention to detail with accurate and timely data processing skills
- Sound communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Proactive and self-motivated with sound problem solving skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office package skills required
