We currently have an opportunity for a seasoned change manager to join a large healthcare leader on a high-profile digital health implementation.

Your background will ideally demonstrate a proven track record in leading the change and transition activities of large-scale transformations within the healthcare sector.

Seeking a self-motivated and collaborative leader who brings a positive work ethic combined with a strategic and hands-on approach. Fundamental to this role will be your ability to lead a diverse team through organisational change utilising recognised methodologies. Your strong ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholder groups from clinical professionals through to C-level management will be key to your success.

**To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in delivering a large-scale digital healthcare program or projects E.g., eMR or PAS
- Proven credentials in facilitating the development and implementation of an effective change management and training strategies, plans, impact/readiness assessments and overall governance
- Experience in influencing, leading and training large teams through significant change in the development and optimisation of digital healthcare systems
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management and leaders
- Strong documentation skills including the development of change management tools and frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate change management
- Strong track record in managing and mitigating project risks and ensure project deadlines are met
