We’re looking for a keen, committed Accounts Trainee to join our awesome team You will be trained on the job and work towards completing your Certificate III in Accounts Administration whilst at work. Working for Australia's #1 car brand is a great start for anybody wanting to start their career in accounts and administration. The most important qualities we look for in our trainees is a keen attitude and a desire to learn The role consists of providing administrative support to the Accounts, Finance and Administration team.

**The Role**

You will learn processes such as:

- Assisting in Daily and monthly reconciliation of creditor statements
- Enter creditor invoices
- Assist in scheduling creditor payments
- Sending of remittances to creditors
- Maintaining creditors records in system
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Assisting in processing of sales deals
- Scanning and filing
- Reception cover when required
- General support to the Accounts, Finance and Administration team

So, what are we looking for?
- A keen interest in Accounts and Finance
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to be well organised
- Great attention to detail;
- Professional personal presentation

**Essential Criteria**
- Must NOT have attained a qualification over a Certificate II
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months
