**About the Company**:
Our client, an established and respected Commercial Property Business in the Sydney CBD, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join the team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
You will be working with a close-knit team to manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties across Sydney.

Duties include:

- Property management: scheduling regular property visits, preparation of condition reports, arranging for repairs
- Lease management and administration: utilising Yardi system, summarising the leases to ensure proper financial/ renewal/ other details, managing rent reviews
- Landlord and Tenant relations: liaising with clients, maintaining records (bank guarantees, insurances), receipting rent and chasing arrears
- Ad hoc: support trust accountant with preparation of reports, maintain awareness of market changes

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised individual with:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communications
- Experience in property management or the property industry relevant but not required
- Degree in property highly relevant

Certificate of Registration/ Assistant Agent will be required but can be obtained if successful.
