We are a leading real estate company, specializing in managing 3000+ residential and commercial properties with a focus on maximizing value and client returns. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties.

**Role Overview**

This role is pivotal in ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and lease agreements are managed in compliance with legal and company standards. You will work closely with the leasing and facility management teams, ensuring seamless operations and optimal property performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Rent Collection & Financial Management**:

- Manage rent collection processes, including following up on overdue payments and ensuring timely deposits.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to review and adjust rental rates as necessary.
- Oversee the management of operating expenses, financial reconciliations, and budget preparation.
- Provide regular financial reports to property owners, including income, expenses, and forecasts.

**Leasing Management**:

- Coordinate lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with the leasing team.
- Ensure all lease agreements are compliant with legal standards and company policies.
- Support the leasing team in identifying and securing new tenants, including conducting property tours and meetings with potential clients.

**Facility & Maintenance Coordination**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards, including the Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS).
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess the condition and identify areas needing attention.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.

**Tenant & Client Relations**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Work closely with the facility management team to resolve any issues that arise, minimizing disruption to tenants.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
- Must hold a valid driver license.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
