**Our Client**:
Our client is a specialised commercial / industrial property group with outstanding reach across South Sydney and into the thriving Western Suburbs. With an impressive track record, a multi-office operation and market leading technology, this organisation is committed to provide their staff with modern, innovative environments and their clients with ‘best in market’ service.

**Duties**:
Working in a team of 20+ staff, this role will support an experienced Asset Manager in the day-to-day management of their portfolio. Tasks will include:

- Correspondence with all stakeholders and responding to correspondence
- Coordinate property maintenance & repairs
- Complete ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
- Interpret and understand Commercial Leases to action Landlord and Tenant enquiries
- Undertake research on current market rates and support with rent reviews
- Manage tenant vacates and the make-good process
- Ensure Statutory Compliances and Insurances are in place

**Specific requirements**:

- 12 months commercial or residential property officer or management experience
- A strong work ethic and a desire to pursue a career in Commercial / Asset Management
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate
- Drivers license and car
