Working in a collaborative and supportive team of TA professionals who provide talent acquisition services to several growing health and community portfolios, you will enjoy collaborating with the TA team and the Graduate Program Manager to meet the headcount needs of the program. The Grad Program supports Allied Health graduates to take up a career in workplace injury management, paediatric rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation, community rehabilitation and acute rehabilitation services.

The allied health market is challenging, and we are doing everything that we can to support the team to continue the fantastic outputs they are achieving. We are investing in new tech to improve access to untapped talent; investing in new recruitment marketing avenues; and investing in tech-forward platforms to engage with students.

**You will make an impact by**:
Managing Early Careers talent through the recruitment process

Providing advice and guidance on the Graduate Program

Supporting the Graduate Program Manager with various marketing activities

Promote the Graduate Program through various channels with universities and students across the country

To be successful in this role

**You will have**:
Demonstrated success in an Early Careers Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role

Demonstrated experience with volume recruitment

Strong stakeholder engagement skills coupled with transparency in communication
