We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services in the removalist and transport industry that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Advise on company information
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Place or cancel orders
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Customer Service Representative requirements:
- Proven customer support experience in the removalist or transport industry
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- 1-3 years of experience in the field or related area
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $60,460.00 - $65,237.60 per year
**Experience**:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
