Sarina Russo Apprenticeships is currently seeking a customer focused person to service our clients in Canberra as a Field Contact Officer. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 38 hours pe week.
In this role, you will liaise with Employers and Apprentices, you will help to field any questions and ensure relationships are maintained throughout the Apprenticeship.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Be the central point of contact for all stakeholders in the Apprenticeship Relationship
- Ensure accurate and correct information sharing
- Provide accurate record management
- Engage and support employers and Apprentices
**In order to be successful in the role you will need to have the following skills and abilities**:
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including time management and prioritising ability
- A strong customer service focus
- Ability to handle change in a fast paced environment and quickly adapt to industry needs
- A good understanding and knowledge of Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeship support Network program
- High attention to detail, accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Suite packages
