About the Role
- Coordinate the co-design and implementation of initiatives aligned to the Consumer Community Engagement Strategy in line with the expectations of the MSH Board, Executive and other stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate PAH's Patient Satisfaction Survey process.
- Use high level negotiation, conflict management, advocacy and change management skills.
