**About the role**
Due to our current Head of Remuneration heading into retirement, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Remuneration professional to join the team. In the role of Head of Remuneration you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and ongoing management of Cbus' remuneration strategies and frameworks, variable pay plans, employee data integrity, analysis and reporting. You will manage external salary survey submissions and analyse benchmarking data to ensure the Fund's pay structures remain competitive and equitable and lead the planning, execution, and governance of the annual remuneration review process, including salary adjustments, and communication strategies.

You will have proven experience presenting at board level and be able to prepare and present detailed remuneration reports, recommendations, and updates to the Board and relevant committees, ensuring alignment with governance requirements.

You will oversee remuneration governance activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including superannuation, taxation, and industry regulations.
