**About the Role**:
Reporting to our Global Human Resources Director, the Remuneration and Benefits Manager will be responsible for crafting, socialising and delivering the Global Hansen Technologies Remuneration Framework. You will be instrumental in reviewing current systems and implementing changes to support the agreed upon remuneration framework including the management of executive, sales and general business incentive plans. You will also manage the daily operational remuneration and benefits requirements delivered by the internal analyst.

In addition, you will take ownership, with the Remuneration and Benefits Analyst, for both the global annual and half-yearly salary review cycles and salary packaging/cost reporting. With our global spread this role will require the person to have an international mindset and be culturally aware with excellent communication skills both internally with senior stakeholders and externally when required to work with suppliers and vendors.

**Main focus areas include**:

- Lead the design, implementation, review and management of remuneration and benefit programs to achieve Hansen’s employee attraction, motivation and retention objectives.
- Drive an overarching business perspective and ensure Total Reward initiatives have broad applicability.
- Influence individual managers to take more responsibility for remuneration and the effect of Hansen’s remuneration and rewards programs.
- Design, develop and report on key remuneration metrics to allow the successful completion of Total Reward and HR strategic imperatives to be monitored.
- Ensure the HR teams globally are provided with the appropriate resources, tools, processes and procedures in order to effectively perform their roles and support the business with rem discussions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance to design and development of the HRIS to ensure that organisational reporting and operational requirements are met.
- Management of STI/LTI and incentive schemes.
- Advising on benefit benchmarks by location/region.
- Working with the Talent team to map cost and talent availability in each of our markets.
- The development, preparation and change management of remuneration and benefit designs/strategies.
- Build and maintain a global remuneration and benefits database - ensuring information is accurate and kept up to date.
- Build tools, models and dashboards to assist with making strategic remuneration decisions
- Set up and run the global remuneration reviews in the HRIS including required reporting and budget control.
- Provide analytical support, data management and reporting for the annual remuneration review process and other yearly processes.
- Working with finance, payroll and other key stakeholders to provide analytics and any reporting requirements.
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders and Finance around budget cycles to ensure budget accuracy.
- Assist with remuneration and benefit aspects of corporate acquisitions, integrations, etc.
- Take ownership with HR for remuneration policies.
- Effectively and efficiently gather financial support for initiatives.

**Highly Desirable**:

- Exposure to international remuneration and/or benefits.
- Knowledge of technology industry.
- WorldatWork GRP (Global Remuneration Practitioner) accreditation.
