Remuneration Lead

- Nice blend of project work and BAU
- $700 - $800 per day
Initially a 3 - 6 month contract (with longer term potential), this role will initially focus on supporting with end of year activities, working alongside the Head of Remuneration & Benefits.
In addition, the role will flex between supporting a number of senior level matter while also being able to work on more operationally focussed activities. To give you a taste of what this looks like, the work may involve writing annual Remuneration reports as well as supporting the preparation of Board papers. The role will also focus on conducting the salary review and bonus programs.
The role will naturally work cross functionally with the broader HR and Payroll teams.
Ideally we're looking for someone who has the level of experience to be able to adjust to working at higher levels with executives as well as being able to jump into reporting and other operational activities.
You will have the ability to leverage your strengths around salary reviews and bonus programs as well as broader project based experience where your problem solving capability comes to fore.
This is a great contract role (with longer term potential for the right person) that offers variety in a flexible and supportive environment.
