Talent is working with our client, an organisation dedicated to bettering the people and landscape of Western Australia, who are looking for a experienced Portfolio Lead to continuously align their projects using agile Principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, Manage and Facilitate Initiative Planning to optimise investment and capabilities to deliver incremental outcomes.
- Leads and manage the organisational, facilitation and sharing of outcomes for company initiatives planning events
- Identifies, analyses, recommends and implements areas for improvement and change within the designated model.
- Facilitates company capacity and capability planning by coordinating data gathering, identifying and analysing trends and business requirements, and making recommendations to address actual and potential resourcing gaps.
- Leads frequent reviews of organisation project and program delivery, identifying initiatives that are off-track and engaging as required to facilitate a suitable resolution.
- Facilitates the development, prioritisation, and measurement of Company desired outcomes and high-level objectives to help guide the level and nature of investment.
- Facilitates cross functional team planning to develop realistic and shared delivery plans.
- Supports the translation of longer-term roadmaps into initiative proposals for prioritisation, planning and delivery.
- Supports initiative teams by maintaining visibility, identifying issues, managing dependencies, and managing governance activities.
- Coordinates, reports, leads and assists with the delivery of key projects and outcomes.
- Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to share approaches and draw on best practice to continually improve our planning practices within the business function and the broader organisation.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, reviewing, interpreting, communicating and reporting strategic, planning, governance and financial information.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, with proven ability to influence, develop, guide and support.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in agile planning practices that support varied project delivery approaches (e.g. Scrum, Agile, CX and UX) designed to optimise customer outcomes.
