**About the role**

Due to our growing international business, we are looking to hire a talented Scrum Master with a proven track record and strong skills in agile project management framework to deliver outcomes.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Work closely with various internal departments, R&D, Product Management, Customer Program Delivery, Advertising Operations & Sales, and Finance to ensure the System Integration and the roll out of our end to end solution is managed using Agile method and strictly monitored through Sprint planning
- Monitor Sprint execution and close tracking of Epics / issues for multiple sub-projects and releases on a daily basis to ensure they are delivered in a timely and accurate manner
- Work with internal users to manage system changes and review business processes
- Coach the Product Development team, Product Management, Customer Delivery team, Advertising Operations & Sales, and Finance to deliver on roadmap and customer commitments
- Work with the Program Office and Tech Lead to ensure a balanced product delivery of roadmap features and technical compliance
- Facilitate the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments or roadblocks that may prevent the team from achieving its goals
- Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of software releases
- Track and report on key metrics, including sprint progress, velocity, and team performance
- Ensure the Portfolio Management is accurately managed in our project / platform Zenhub / Github and propagated through our organization
- Ensure internal daily tracking of all related tasks in our Project / Product platform workplaces from an end to end perspective for our four primary workstreams - Manufacturer engagement, Software Releases, Operators Onboarding and Monetization processes
- Leading and coaching the company in its Scrum adoption
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development, Customer Program Delivery and Ad Ops teams
- Creating change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team

**About You**
- +5 Years working experience as Scrum Master
- Working experience with Set-Top-Box and Smart TV vendors, Digital Advertising companies, PayTV operators or Telcos
- Excellent knowledge of Digital Advertising and AndroidTV eco-system
- Previous integration experience within Provisioning and Billing systems
- Ability to proactively manage priorities and accurately forecast resource needs
- Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate both risks and challenges
- Skilled People Leader with a proven track record in leading and empowering a team to successfully meet business objectives. You will provide the methodology for successful outcomes and orchestrate the effective communication between Business, R&D and all stakeholders
- Ability to achieve timely project delivery, cost and quality mandates
- Skilled in handling challenging internal situations, able to resolve conflict with diplomacy, able to seek buy-in and pursue win-win for all internal parties
- Strongly committed to customer satisfaction, quality, attention to detail and problem ownership
- Ability to identify gaps and present viable solution
- Excellent communication and engagement skills in English, a second language would be ideal
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2) would be highly advantageous
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and principles, including Scrum and Kanban
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Strong understanding of software development practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps
- Extensive Project Management Experience engaging in large-scale transformation projects
- Experience managing projects using Scrum and the Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including engagement in planning, analysis and implementation phases of the project
