Mastergroup is an established software development company in Subiaco, with 40 years of excellence in providing financial products and services for the Australian Agricultural sector. Our flagship product, Agrimaster, is used by farm businesses and professional partners across Australia, with a dominant market share of 80% of farmers in WA.
- Please note this is a Part-time position working three days per week (Tues, Thurs & Friday). _

Role Responsibilities
- Work directly with the product manager, business owners, and key stakeholders to define requirements and produce designs in-line with company strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and explore customer requirements.
- Develop and iterate wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
- Must be able to clearly articulate your ideas and take on-board critical feedback with a positive attitude.
- Manage and contribute to Harvest, the Agrimaster Design System.
- Design stunning, pixel-perfect designs for the new Agrimaster product.
- Work with commercial teams to develop and launch improvements to the Agrimaster brand.
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ in mid-weight or senior CX/UI roles.
- You are a kick-ass visual designer, with an amazing portfolio of digital products and websites.
- You have a solid understanding of Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JS etc ), and the ability to mark-up designs with specificity for the development and testing teams.
- You are an expert in Figma. (_Proficiency with similar tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD) is great, but not a substitute)_
- You are proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft 365 Tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- You have an interest in developing
- Your knowledge of CX, ie. Research, Design Systems, and Human-Centred Design.
- Your Design Management skills, ie. Design Sprints, Workshop Facilitation, and Design Strategy.
- You can work quickly to define potential workflows and wireframes, before refining these in collaboration with customers and team members.
- You have an unshakable understanding of design fundamentals (space, layout, contrast, size, colour etc )

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 per week

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
