**About the company**

VO Group Australia Pty Ltd (VO) is a leading privately-owned company, providing the highest quality façade and metalwork, design, supply and construction services to Builders, Architects and Owners. We are now having an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented Production Coordinator to join our team.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinate with the material supply chain to provide the needed supplies.
- Prepare construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the construction manager.
- Monitor the material and tools spending to stay on budget.
- Assist construction manager in preparing schedules and ensure appropriate filing and paperwork.
- Collaborate with the construction manager to provide all the safety needs.
- Maintain records of all construction dates and project costs.
- Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on site.
- Ensure products are produced to time and to client specification and quality.
- Ensure logistics / procurement requirements are met.
- Liaise with the Estimating, Engineering and Drafting departments as required.
- Ongoing review of production processes to ensure continuous ongoing improvement.
- Development and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials for products
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients ensuring repeat and ongoing business

**Skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a production coordinator in the construction industry
- Experience in Facade production and procurement.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High regard for Quality Assurance
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as communication with China and Chinese Subcontractors may be required.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:
