Behind the scenes is a committed, passionate and professional team working hard to bring the show to life. As the Production Coordinator, you will play a critical role across this team of producers, crew members, editors and reporters in helping to plan and organise shoots.

**Job Description**:
**Day to day you will**:

- Organise shoots and source filming locations
- Organise complex travel (including domestic/international flights and accommodation, car reservations/transfers and per diems) and manage travel changes as required
- Manage the travel budget, petty cash expenditure and foreign currency orders and exchange
- Act as the point of escalation for resolving unexpected circumstances
- Provide Liability insurance certificates for locations (domestic and OS) and lodge paperwork for insurance claims
- Liaise with Finance, HR and IT to prioritise employee requests and assist to manage new hire onboarding and termination paperwork
- Approve employee and program purchases of equipment and props
- Manage expenditure budgets, provide input into the annual budget, and have oversight of program spend
- Allocate and process expenses for staff, including out of pocket and Visa expenses
- Submit and pay creditor invoices, talent contracts and staff travel allowances
- Provide month end reporting including variance analysis, forecasting, accruals, and other financial related reports

Given the nature of TV production the work will not always fall between 9am and 5pm, so flexibility with hours is critical in this role.

What we would like to see on your resume:

- Experience in previous TV production roles
- Experience managing financial budgets and reporting
- Experience with complex travel arrangements
- Advanced skills and knowledge of productivity suites (e.g. Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
