Nurturing working environment and development opportunities. - Sustainable focused label Focus on ethical sourcing. - Flexible working culture **About the role**: We are seeking a Product Coordinator to join an international fashion house.Throughout this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the relevant departments, always driving outcomes that support the business’s priorities. As Production Coordinator you will be a critical part of our team, ensuring sourcing requirements meet targets for ever-changing world of womenswear, fashion and manufacturing. **Key Responsibilities**: - Liaising with suppliers throughout the development process. - Coordinate local makers from issuing work to receiving bulk deliveries and sending to the warehouse communicating clearly, thoroughly and with patience - Negotiate on cost reductions, with; freight forwarders & manufacturers. - Maintain strong communication across; Manufacturers, and Internal Design & Production team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with vertical suppliers and factories across all categories. - Work collaboratively with the Buying and Planning departments providing advice, guidance and resolution on supplier lead times, capabilities and capacities. - Assist with the maintenance and implementation of the Supplier Production Manual with all suppliers ensuring compliance with all requirements and regulations. **Key Requirements**: - Minimum of 3 years, apparel experience in a Production Coordinator role within Fashion. - Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders. - Solid understanding of critical path and timelines, with amazing time management skills - Sound business acumen with the ability to read, interpret and analyse business data, particularly in a production facility context. - Sound verbal and written communication, with effective listening and negotiation skills. - Sound conflict resolution and collaboration skills, with the demonstrated ability to use internal and external networks to resolve issues. - Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
