**The Role**:
As Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of production schedules, planning and delivery reports. You will provide improvements in the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality standards are met whilst maintaining operational efficiencies.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Manage Raw Material Suppliers and Finished Goods manufacturers.
- Manage and coordinate design sealed sample handover meetings.
- Escalate raw material shortages or variances to Head of Production.
- Price negotiations Raw Materials.
- Seasonal review of supplier performance & capabilities.
- Manage and coordinate weekly critical path meetings with Head of Production to ensure timelines are met. Identifying any areas of risk and providing corrective actions.
- Manage positive relationships with all supply partners.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ Production experience in a similar role
- Strong technical, fabric and Quality control knowledge is essential.
- Process and detail-oriented with strong organisation and decision making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Be proactive, solutions orientated, flexible and adaptable to change course
