The Brand |

This Australian Designer Jewellery brand has grown from strength to strength since inception, with successful channels across retail, wholesale and online and stocked at your favourite stores We are looking for an exceptional Production Coordinator to join their growing team.

The Role |

In this role you will work alongside the Creative Director managing production for the brand. You will bring your in depth understanding of critical path management, experience working with off shore suppliers and a strong command of supplier base, sustainability, margins and systems. You will ensure that all collections are delivered in full, on time and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate the entire production process from development to delivery of jewellery, packaging and any other products
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the production team, coordinating internal workflows and setting priorities
- Assist with the management and coordination of production critical paths, maintaining across all vendors and orders
- Assist with the pricing and set-up of new styles, analysing current pricing structures and the market.
- Oversee the quality control team, ensuring high standards are maintained and consistency between product deliveries
- Regular ordering of all inventory, componentry and packaging in line with buy plan and landed deadlines, and creating purchase orders in Xero
- Daily communication with all suppliers to ensure production is on track and delivery dates are maintained
- Coordinate international importation processing with customs, suppliers and logistics partners

The Skillset |

You will bring your experience within a high end brand, a passion for jewellery, with two years experience in a similar role in production working with off shore suppliers.
- Developed commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Strong experience working to deadlines and maintaining a critical path
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Strong systems experience - Office particularly excel, and ideally experience with Shopify and Xero
