**Position Overview**: As the Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operations and financial management of our veterinary practice. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, enhance operational efficiencies, and support our commitment to excellent patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve profitability.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure adherence to practice policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for administrative and support staff.
- Maintain and develop relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
