**Responsibilities**

We're hiring a** Premium Client Manager (PCM)** to drive growth in our premium client segment while delivering outstanding, tailored service to our most valuable clients. You will play a key role in acquiring new premium clients through proactive outreach, not just relying on house allocations, and deepening relationships with existing clients. We’re seeking someone who brings creativity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset to expand our premium client base with support from local sales and cross-functional teams.
- Proactively source new premium accounts by building strong relationships, developing reactivation and referral strategies, and leveraging your network.
- Grow and manage active premium clients by identifying opportunities to maximise client value and engagement.
- Stay informed about market trends and provide clients with compliant market insights and general guidance.
- Innovate and implement strategies that differentiate our offering in the market.
- Participate in client meetings, events, and entertainment activities, tailoring content to client tiers.
- Monitor competitive activity, identify risks and opportunities, and share strategic input with the business.
- Report regularly to senior management on premium client performance against key benchmarks and across regions.
- Collaborate with global and local Client Operations to enhance the premium client experience.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for greater impact.
- Contribute to broader business planning and support the company’s growth strategy.
- Organise and attend offline events, trade shows, and interstate visits as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, working with high-net-worth clients at a top-tier broker or major financial institution.
- Strong understanding of leveraged and non-leveraged products, business models, and client trading behaviours.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional service to high-value clients.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience using sales tracking and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client issues or complaints professionally and effectively.
- Degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
