Premium Client Manager (LATAM) We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Sales Department in the Limassol, Melbourn, or Dubai office, focussing on leads from **Latin America.** Please pay attention that working hours will be adjusted to be able to call LATAM clients. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - **Manage end-to-end relationships with our most valuable client base from Latin America**: - Identify opportunities for existing clients and develop new business through referrals, networking, and word of mouth - Provide top service to high-net-worth clients - Keep up-to-date with the markets and give clients market insights and trends (this is a non-advisory role) - Organize and attend company and external events as and when required. **Key Requirements**: - **Fluent Spanish Speaker**, with Portuguese or French Language skills highly advantageous - 3+ years of financial sales experience - Proven experience working with client services for high-net-worth individuals - Exceptional understanding of the financial markets and the ability to simplify insights and trends and "tell a story" - Excellent interpersonal skills and communication - Ability to create rapport quickly and develop relationships further - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently - Self-motivated and target-oriented individual - Team player - Financial market knowledge/trading experience is advantageous. **Benefits**: - You will join the Company, that cares about work and life balance - Full annual performance assessment - Medical Insurance Coverage - Hybrid type of work with flexible working hours - Modern and outstanding equipment - Employee referral program - The opportunity to work with one of the smartest teams on the market.
