**What’s the role?**

A customer centric, contact centre role revolving around servicing our portfolio of approximately 15,000 Retailers and Distributors nationally. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional.

This role is across 7 days between the hours of 6:30 AM - 16:30 PM Monday to Friday and 6:30 AM-11:30 AM on weekends - weekend shift is a requirement for this role. We have the ability to provide remote working conditions for our weekend and public holiday shifts.
- Supporting our customers with amending or reviewing daily/weekly allocations.
- Providing support for Retailers or Distributors who have been under supplied day to day and following up with our internal stakeholders to resolve.
- Processing of weekly returns provided by our Retailers and Distributors nationally.
- Reviewing and discussing all credits and charges on weekly invoices.
- Troubleshooting the use of our external self-service portals to ensure Retailer autonomy moving forward.

**Who you are**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new concepts as they present themselves.
- Ability to work as an individual and as a team.
- Existing experience within a customer service and/or sales environment.
- Ability to work directly with internal stakeholders and vendors.
