**Who are we?**

Knoll Consultants & Investments Pty Ltd are one of South Australia’s largest food manufacturers and retailer. We have 11 retail stores across 5 brands - Barossa Fine Foods, Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Standom Smallgoods, Schulz Butchers and The Cheesemonger with products manufactured at our facility in Edinburgh North.

Our heritage is expertise in smallgoods and we have taken great pride in our skills, techniques and our brands from the very beginning. We continue to be one of Australia’s most awarded smallgoods maker.

**What are we looking for?**

Are you a proactive, passionate and energetic Sales Representative preferably with experience in smallgoods and fresh food or Food Service more generally?

Reporting directly to our National Sales Manager you will be responsible for sales and promotion of our product range, increasing distributions and ranging as well as improving product knowledge amongst our food service customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build & promote the Barossa Fine Foods brands across designated areas achieving agreed sales growth and targets.- Provide exceptional customer service responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner.- Inputting & negotiating customer orders.- Represent our Company Brands in a positive and proactive manner.- Provide relevant ongoing product training to new and existing customers.- Effectively communicate and build relationships with stores and leadership team.- Develop approaches which are innovative and creative to meet the needs of current and potential customers.

**To achieve success in this role, you will need**:
- Strong sales drive- Experience in an Food Service or FMCG sales role- Ability to provide exceptional customer service- High level of motivation and an ability to work autonomously- Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively- Excellent negotiation skills- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
