Retail Support Representative

**What’s the role?**

News Corp Australia are hiring for a Casual Retail Support Representative to work in the fast paced Retail and Distribution Support Team.

This is a customer centric, contact centre role revolving around servicing our portfolio of approximately 15,000 Retailers and Distributors nationally. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional.

This casual role is across 7 days between the hours of 6:30AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday and 6:30AM-11:30AM on weekends.

We have the ability to provide remote working conditions for our weekend and public holiday shifts. We are looking to provide the successful applicant with between 20-25 hours per week.

**What’s the role?**

+ Supporting our Retailers or Distributors with amending or reviewing daily/weekly allocations

+ Providing support for Retailers or Distributors who have been under supplied day to day and following up with our internal stakeholders to resolve

+ Processing of weekly returns provided by our Retailers and Distributors nationally

+ Reviewing and discussing all credits and charges on weekly invoices

+ Troubleshooting the use of our external self service portals to ensure Retailer and Distributor autonomy moving forward

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Willingness to adapt and learn new concepts as they present themselves

+ Ability to work as an individual and as a team

+ Existing experience within a customer service and/or sales environment

+ Ability to work directly with internal stakeholders and vendors
