About the Role
We're looking for a driven and down-to-earth Territory Sales Representative to take ownership of a vibrant region covering South Australia and Victoria. You'll service a mix of wholesale accounts and corporate customers, introducing new ranges, nurturing long-standing partnerships, and growing the brand's presence across both metro and rural locations.
This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on the road, loves meeting new people, and can speak the language of their customers -whether they're in boots, blazers or both. You'll be supported with tools, travel perks, and the backing of a genuinely people-first business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and B2B customers
- Visit accounts across SA & VIC to showcase new product ranges and promotions
- Be a trusted brand ambassador at field days, shows, and industry events
- Provide insights and feedback to support the sales and product teams
- Balance your time effectively between face-to-face visits and remote follow-ups
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, retail, or account management
- A true people person who values trust and connection
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage on the road
- An appreciation for country living, rural retail, or equestrian/lifestyle products
- Someone who's just as comfortable in a corporate showroom as they are in a rural store
- Open to retail candidates who are passionate about the product and eager to step into wholesale
- A current driver's licence and confidence with regional travel
