Ministerial Liaison Officer needed to temporarily assist for 3 months, with the potential of extension.

**Your new role**
As an experienced Ministerial Liaison Officer your daily duties will include but won’t be limited to:

- Monitor the ministerial tracking system
- Liaise with and advise all departmental officers on all aspects of ministerial enquiries
- Receives ministerial correspondence
- Designates to an appropriate Executive Director
- Prepares draft responses to routine enquiries received
- Drafts reports for the manager departmental coordination
- Receives, checks, approves and records completed overseas travel reconciliation
- Provides general administration support

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise effectively with senior staff
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Understand the process and procedures surrounding ministerial liaison environment
