We’re on the lookout for a talented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our Head Office team. Based in Nedlands, this role will support the wider Marketing team, and incredible venue teams, all the way from Fremantle to Joondalup and in between. With 9 venues, soon to be 10, the timing couldn't be better to take the next step in your Marketing and Communications career

Varsity started way back in 2013 in our OG Nedlands venue (named Perth's Bogan Bar by some local newspaper) and over the past 11 years Varsity has become Perth's most beloved American style hospitality brand with 8 venues across Perth and big plans to continue to grow in the coming years.
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will focus primarily on:

- Creating communications briefs to be distributed across the group.
- Communicating promotional activations to the wider Varsity team.
- Take responsibility for print media production and distribution, including for our new clothing brand, Varsity Apparel.
- Work closely with the Operations team to maintain the Order Up, Uber Eats, Door Dash and Deliverect platforms.
- First point of contact for all customer enquiries regarding our Varsity League app.

- Have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- The ability to ensure a positive customer experience for our Varsity customers / team members.
- Willingness to tackle problems head-on.
- Ability to work autonomously and share your ideas.
- An excellent attention to detail.

Skills/experience that would make your profile even sweeter:

- Previous Marketing or Communications experience is desirable but not essential.
