**About the Role**:
AGC are seeking a permanent part time Accounts Payable/Receivable officer. You will be responsible for supporting the CFO including accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial end of month processes. The role will also support administration tasks across the business and particularly as they relate to the finance function and office administration.

The roles is available at 0.8FTE, days are flexible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable/Receivable administration
- The reconciliation and collection of debtors such that debts are collected with a timely manner
- Timely and accurate creditor invoice entry
- Assisting the financial end of month process and reconciliations
- Working with staff as required to ensure they deliver on their tasks within a reasonable time frame
- Management of Finance Assistant in their role and day to day tasks to meet the weekly finance requirements
- Other administration tasks in particular as they relate to the finance function
- Delivering end of month finances in a timely manner
- Administer RTWSA Claims & RTW employees

- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve team and company goals
- Excellent time management skills
- Creditors experience
- Sound understanding of financial processes and principles, accounts receivable, accounts payable and end of month processes
- High level of customer focus
- Professional personal presentation
- Sound understanding of MS Office Suite and company programs including Xero, KeyPay and WorkGuru
- Able to work autonomously
- Ability to assess processes and efficiencies of work produced
- Honest and able to deal with matters confidentially
- Reliable and dependable team player
